Dr Sadovsky is the creator of the specialized leadership and communications training programs offered through Leadership Strategy, LLC using Leaders Edge Technology.
In late 1967 through 1973, Marvin worked for the management consulting division of two International CPA and consulting firms. He managed consulting activities dealing with organizational development, executive selection & evaluation and leadership training & supervisory management. In 1974, he formed an organizational consulting firm specializing in executive selection & evaluation, and training programs focused on leadership skills, sales/marketing strategy and communication. All of the training programs utilize the advanced principles of Leaders Edge Technology. Marvin is Managing Member of Leadership Strategy, LLC
Marvin is past president of the International Association of Neuro Linguistic Programming. He is also the author of a special CD series "The Science of Persuasion" and a popular book entitled "Selling The Way Your Customer Buys," initially published by AMACOM Books, a division of the American Management Association and now published as a CD Book by LEAD Management Group, LLC.
